About this class
Hipcooks OC's immersive Mexican cooking class builds a full traditional meal around fresh masa, slow-braised proteins, and handmade salsas using techniques drawn from different regional traditions. Students work alongside the instructor to make tortillas from scratch, prepare mole or adobo sauce, and assemble a spread of dishes that reflect the depth and variety of Mexican cooking. All ingredients are provided and the class ends with everyone eating together.
