About this class
Friday nights at Hipcooks OC feature regional Italian menus built around pasta, pizza, or risotto depending on the week's focus. Students work hands-on with the instructor on a full Italian meal — pasta made from scratch, a braised meat or vegetable main, and a simple dessert — in a lively communal kitchen environment. The class runs about two and a half hours and everyone eats together at the end.
