DC Cooking School offers a Thursday class focused on Persian cuisine, one of the world's great and underappreciated culinary traditions. Chef Sayeh teaches the aromatic spice combinations, rice-cooking techniques, and stew and kebab preparations that define Persian home cooking. Students cook a full Persian meal including saffron rice, ghormeh sabzi or another classic stew, and an Iranian dessert, enjoying everything at the table together.
