FlowerSchool New York's beginner workshop on West 28th Street walks you through the mechanics of building a full centerpiece-style arrangement using fresh flowers purchased that morning at the wholesale market one floor below. The instructor covers stem processing, color pairing, proportion, and how to use a frog or floral foam to keep a design in place, while you build your own arrangement from start to finish. All flowers, tools, and a take-home vase are included in the session fee.
