About this class

Make homemade pasta from scratch at Chef's Collective, starting with a flour-and-egg dough and working through hand-rolling and cutting techniques to produce two pasta shapes per guest. The class covers sauce-making basics and finishes with a full pasta dinner for the group. All ingredients, equipment, and a take-home recipe card are included in the session fee.
