About this class
In this Pilates class, you will work on the intermediate Pilates Mat repertoire. We will focus on movements that build, and require, increased coordination, balance, strength, and stamina. This class will include more upper body work than our Pilates Essentials level classes. Not appropriate for clients with osteoporosis. *Previous Pilates experience is required.
