Cacao & Cardamom's Wednesday workshop takes you into the craft of making artisan chocolates. You work with tempered chocolate to create dipped truffles, molded bonbons, and hand-decorated bars, guided by the studio's skilled chocolatiers. The session covers tempering, ganache ratios, and decoration techniques. You take home a box of the chocolates you made.
