Monday evening sessions guide you through the origin and flavor profiles of fine single-origin chocolates, exploring how cacao variety, terroir, and fermentation create dramatically different taste experiences. You taste six or more different chocolates and learn to identify flavor notes the way wine lovers describe a great vintage.
