Afterglow's beginner silks class introduces you to climbing, foot-locking, and the first basic wraps that lead to drops and shapes as you advance. Safety and body awareness are built into every minute of the teaching, and the progression from session to session is structured so strength and technique build together rather than outpacing each other. The studio rigging is purpose-built for training so the equipment is always appropriate for the skill level.
