About this class
This class is suitable for Pole Level 1 and 2 students, as well as brand new students. In Pole Levels 1&2 classes you will work on basic pole holds, climbing, basic spins, and more. Pole 1: Introduction to Pole If you are brand new to pole dancing, this is where you want to start. Any pole class containing Level 1 is one that is good for brand new students. Pole 2: Foundation Required moves to enter Level 2: Can get both feet off the ground, starting to climb, Basic Sit, Firefighter spin. Please wear workout clothes, but shorts in particular.
