Cleveland Eclectic Dance's motto is Pole. Movement. Dance. For Every Body, and we mean that. That's why our studio along with Eliza Sidecar are thrilled to bring you Plus Size Pole! A weekly class dedicated to the plus-size/fat/larger bodied community. This is a Pole 1 & 2 class, and appropriate for those brand new to pole, as well as those with more pole experience. Eliza will take you through basic pole safety and movement, from step arounds and walks, to posing and holds, to working on climbing and basic spins.
