A Q Grader leads this Saturday morning cupping session, teaching you how to evaluate coffee the same way professional buyers do: dry fragrance, wet aroma, break, and slurp. You taste through a rotating lineup of single-origin coffees at different roast levels, learning to describe what you smell and taste using the SCA flavor wheel and to identify defects that separate a commodity cup from a specialty one. No prior coffee knowledge is needed, just curiosity about what makes one cup taste different from another.
