Tortello in Wicker Park is one of Chicago's most celebrated fresh pasta restaurants, and their small-group pasta classes take place right at the pasta window inside the restaurant. On Tuesday evenings, groups of up to six gather to learn how to make and shape fresh pasta dough by hand, covering techniques for four different pasta forms guided by the kitchen team. The experience ends with a family-style meal of the pasta you made, accompanied by seasonal accompaniments. A welcome glass of prosecco is included.
