An introductory aerial silks class for adults with no prior experience, covering how to safely climb the fabric, basic foot locks, foundational poses, and how to descent gracefully. The instructor works with each student at their own pace, building upper body strength alongside technique in a structured way that makes progress feel achievable from the very first session. All aerial equipment is provided by the studio.
