About this class
Learn to work with the lyra, a steel hoop suspended from the rigging, in this beginner class covering mounts, basic poses, spins, and how to move between positions with control. The instructor demonstrates each skill before students practice under supervision, with careful spotting while students build the strength and coordination needed to work independently. Class size is kept very small to ensure everyone gets individual coaching throughout.
