Tortello's Wednesday evening class brings the tradition of Italian handmade pasta to a small group setting in Wicker Park. Participants learn to make fresh dough from scratch and then shape one or two classic pasta forms under the guidance of Tortello's experienced pasta makers. The session ends with a tasting of the pasta you made, paired with a simple seasonal sauce.
