Stand-Up Paddleboard Lesson on Mission Bay

Mission Bay Aquatic Center's beginner SUP lesson runs ninety minutes covering balance fundamentals, forward paddling, turning, and how to fall and remount the board efficiently. Instructors are ACA certified and the fleet of seventy paddleboards is matched by size and experience level. The lesson takes place in the protected cove directly in front of the center, which gives you calm water and a nearby landing spot as you build confidence.
