Hands-On Chocolate Making Workshop

In this Saturday workshop, participants get behind the production table to experience the craft of chocolate making firsthand, tempering chocolate, filling molds, and creating their own finished bars and truffles to take home. The instructor explains the science behind crystallization and tempering and how to achieve that signature chocolate snap at home. All tools and ingredients are provided and each student leaves with a box of their own handmade chocolates.
