Using a commercial-grade batch ice cream machine, you churn one of Tipsy Scoop's most popular alcohol-infused flavors from scratch, learning the ratio of base to liquor that keeps the alcohol present without ruining the freeze. The class also covers making one boozy sorbet cocktail and tasting two or three seasonal flavors currently in production at the Brooklyn creamery. You leave with two pints of the ice cream you made, packed in an insulated Tipsy Scoop tote. Must be 21 or older with valid ID.
