Preserved's pasta workshop covers making egg pasta dough from scratch, rolling and cutting it into fettuccine and pappardelle, and building a simple tomato sauce alongside a light butter-sage sauce to understand how the same pasta responds to different treatments. The session runs about two and a half hours in the Rockridge shop's kitchen and ends with a shared meal of everything the group made. All ingredients are provided.
