This hands-on class at Los Angeles Cooking School takes you from flour and eggs to fresh pasta made entirely by hand, covering dough, rolling, and shaping. A chef instructor demonstrates each step and then guides you through making and cooking your own pasta and a sauce to go with it. You sit down and eat the full spread you made at the end.
