In this hands-on workshop you mix, knead, and roll fresh pasta dough from scratch, learning the technique behind getting the right texture and thickness before cutting it into tagliatelle or forming it into shapes that hold sauce. The instructor walks the whole class through each step, adjusting technique and troubleshooting dough problems in real time, and the session ends with everyone sitting down to eat what they made with sauces prepared in the kitchen alongside the pasta. All ingredients, tools, and recipes are included.
