This focused Breakthrough Sushi class covers two styles not typically taught in beginner sushi sessions: temaki hand rolls and nigiri. Hand rolls require understanding rice volume and seaweed hydration to prevent a soggy cone, while nigiri demands a specific hand pressure and rice temperature to hold together without feeling dense, and the instructor walks through both in detail before participants practice with guidance. All fish and rice are provided and you eat your work at the end of the session.
