About this class
A CUCINA enoteca chef teaches you how to stretch and top a pizza the way the Fashion Island kitchen does, from working the dough to building the pie before it goes into the oven. The class is hands-on throughout rather than a demonstration. You finish by eating the pizza you made with a glass from the on-site wine shop.
