Bibamba's bean-to-bar experience at Edgewater Public Market walks participants through the complete chocolate-making process from roasting and winnowing cacao beans to refining, conching, and tempering a finished chocolate bar. As a three-time Good Food Award winner and Denver's named Best Chocolatier, Bibamba brings genuine craft chocolate expertise to each session and connects the flavor of the finished bar back to its origin in Cameroon. All tools and ingredients are provided and each participant leaves with bars of the chocolate they made.
