Bibamba's truffle-making class at Edgewater Public Market is a hands-on session at Denver's most awarded artisan chocolate factory, where participants learn to temper chocolate, fill ganache shells, and finish truffles with the techniques the Bibamba team uses daily in their production kitchen. The chocolate used is sourced directly from the owner's family cacao farm in Cameroon and the class covers the full story from bean to truffle as you work. All ingredients and tools are provided and participants leave with a box of the finished chocolates they made.
