Paint directly onto chocolate tablets and create edible works of art in this afternoon session at Chocolate Fashion. Using cocoa-butter-based dyes, you apply color to white chocolate panels with fine brushes, then layer dark and milk chocolate accents to create depth and contrast. Finished panels are boxed to take home and can be eaten or displayed.
