Chocolate Fashion

Chocolate Fashion runs bean-to-bar chocolate workshops and truffle-making classes from its Design District studio. The founder trained in Paris and brings European confectionery technique to every session, covering tempering, molding, filling, and decorating. Classes cover the story of the cacao from origin to finished product, and participants take home a box of the chocolates they made.
