Friday evenings at Rebel Bread are dedicated to the art of pie making, covering all-butter crust technique, lamination for flakiness, and a rotating selection of sweet and savory fillings. The instructor covers both the science of fat-flour ratios and the hands-on feel of properly made dough so you leave with the skills to replicate the results at home. Each participant bakes a full pie to take home at the end of class.
