The Harvey Milk Photo Center's film development class teaches you to load a developing tank in a changing bag, mix and apply developer, stop bath, and fixer in the correct sequence, and hang negatives to dry, producing a developed roll of film you can print from or scan. The class is taught by a working photographer in the Duboce Park facility and suits anyone who has shot film but never developed it. All chemistry, tanks, and darkroom access are included.
