Harvard Cookin Girl's Monday cooking class takes participants into a different world cuisine each session, exploring the flavors, techniques, and cultural traditions of countries from Morocco to Japan to Peru under the expert guidance of chef Bibi. Each class covers hands-on preparation of a complete meal that participants sit down and enjoy together, with Bibi weaving in stories from her culinary travels throughout the session. No experience is needed, and dietary restrictions are happily accommodated with advance notice.
