Chocolate Bar Making Workshop

Woodblock Chocolate's bean-to-bar makers lead this workshop covering how a chocolate bar is made from raw cacao through roasting, cracking, winnowing, and conching to finished chocolate. Students create their own bars with custom inclusions — nuts, dried fruit, sea salt — and take home the bars they made. The session runs about two hours and is suitable for all levels; no prior chocolate or cooking experience is needed.
