Work through six American gins across the botanical spectrum, from juniper-forward London Dry style to contemporary citrus and floral profiles, before using three of them to make cocktails that highlight their distinct characters. The head bartender explains the distillation and botanical selection decisions that differentiate each gin before you build classic gin cocktails: Gimlet, Negroni, and French 75. You mix and drink all six cocktails during the session.
