Charleston has a rich cocktail culture rooted in bourbon, rum, and local citrus, and this class explores it through six drinks that represent the Lowcountry cocktail tradition. You make a Lowcountry sweet tea bourbon lemonade, a planter's punch built with Barbadian rum, a proper Sazerac, and three other Southern-inflected originals developed by The Gin Joint's bar team. Technique focus is on measuring, dilution control, and why ice selection matters.
