Friday Morning Ballet Class

Malashock Dance's Friday morning ballet class runs ninety minutes and covers barre exercises, center work, and adagio combinations that build strength, alignment, and coordination for both beginners and intermediate students. The instructor adjusts corrections to where each student is technically, so the class genuinely serves people at different levels rather than teaching to only one. The Liberty Station location has a wood-sprung floor, mirrors, and a light-filled studio that makes the Friday morning session a genuine pleasure.
