Beginning Ballet for Adults

Malashock Dance's Tuesday evening beginning ballet class introduces adults to barre work, center exercises, and basic traveling combinations using Graham-influenced alignment and placement. The instructor covers the functional anatomy behind each exercise so students understand what they're training and why each position matters. No prior dance training is needed and the drop-in format makes it easy to attend when your schedule allows.
