Kitchen Culture PDX offers this Friday evening pasta class focused on hand-forming pasta doughs without a machine -- a technique that produces exceptionally textured noodles for everything from pappardelle to orecchiette. Students mix and knead dough, then shape several pasta forms by hand before cooking and eating their creations. Class size is intentionally small for individualized instruction in Kitchen Culture PDX's welcoming teaching kitchen.
