A Tuesday evening wheel throwing and hand-building session at Eastern Market Pottery, one of DC's longest-running ceramics studios in the basement of the historic Capitol Hill market building. Students work at their own pace under instructor guidance, building on foundational centering and pulling technique or exploring hand-building forms. All clay and tools are included, with kiln firings part of the session or course enrollment.
