Try-It Pottery Class

About this class

Hinckley Pottery's Try-It class is a single 90-minute session designed for first-time throwers who want to find out whether wheel throwing is for them. You sit down at your own wheel, get clay placed in front of you, and an instructor coaches you through the fundamentals of centering and opening with direct individual corrections the whole way. The historic setting inside a pre-Civil War stable adds a bit of DC character to every session.
