Pair chocolate making with four wine pours in a two-hour session run inside the North Beach kitchen at Z. Cioccolato. Students make the same lineup of chocolate treats as the Saturday morning class while an instructor walks through flavor pairing logic between each pour. Groups are capped at 24 to keep the pacing relaxed.
