About this class
Raaka Chocolate hosts Tuesday afternoon hands-on chocolate making workshops where participants learn to work with raw cacao in a small-batch production environment. Students take part in every step from sorting and crushing cacao nibs to adding inclusions and molding finished bars using Raaka's unroasted process. Each participant leaves with several bars they made and a set of tasting notes to help identify cacao origin characteristics.
