Build the functional strength and body awareness needed for aerial arts in this conditioning class designed specifically for circus athletes and aspiring aerialists. The curriculum covers pulling strength, shoulder stability, scapular control, and core engagement drills that transfer directly to work on silks, hoop, and trapeze. The class is suitable for students currently training on apparatus as well as newcomers who want to prepare their bodies for aerial work.
