Cheesemaking Morning Session

The Saturday morning cheesemaking session at The Mozzarella Company in Deep Ellum lets you step into the production kitchen and learn to stretch and braid fresh mozzarella alongside experienced cheesemakers who explain the science behind acid levels, curd temperature, and texture. The session also covers ricotta production and ends with a guided wine and cheese tasting where you try what you made alongside other cheeses from the creamery's award-winning line. Spots are limited to 12 per session, so the experience stays hands-on and personal.
