Hands-On Cheesemaking Class

The Mozzarella Company's hands-on class takes you inside the Deep Ellum creamery where you pull and shape fresh mozzarella, roll out Oaxacan string cheese, and ladle ricotta in a two-hour session guided by one of the creamery's cheesemakers. You also get a full factory tour to see how cheese is made on a production scale, followed by a wine and cheese tasting party where you sample the results. All ingredients, equipment, and tasting materials are included in the $75 per person price.
