Each Tuesday at Sweet Basil focuses on a different global cuisine, rotating through Thai, Moroccan, Mexican, and other culinary traditions over the course of the season. You will cook three or four dishes from scratch, learning flavor-building techniques specific to each cuisine's pantry. The meal is shared together at the end of class.
