Sweet Basil has been Scottsdale's premier hands-on cooking school since 1993, offering three-hour classes taught by a team of seven professionally trained chefs across cuisines ranging from Italian pasta to seasonal farm-to-table menus. Every session is fully hands-on at a well-equipped station, and the full meal prepared in class is eaten together at the end with wine pairings included. Students leave with printed recipes, sharpened knife skills, and real techniques they can reproduce at home.
