Chastain Arts Center offers summer ceramics programming through the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs, making it one of the more affordable places to take a serious ceramics class in the metro. Classes run through June and July in the Buckhead facility and cover both wheel throwing and hand building techniques. All materials are included and the registration process is through the OCA Atlanta website.
