Formaggio Kitchen holds cheese and wine classes most Sunday evenings at their Cambridge shop, where the cheesemongers select the best-tasting cheeses of the moment and pair them with wines, beers, or other accompaniments. Classes run 90 minutes and cover the stories behind each cheese, how to taste and evaluate, and what to pair with what. Registration is required and class sizes are kept small to ensure meaningful participation.
