About this class

Each Thursday evening at Florida Wine Academy features a rotating wine theme: Italian varietals one week, South American wines the next, then natural wines or Champagne. The certified instructor guides you through a tasting of seven to eight wines with commentary on each producer, region, and vintage. The format encourages questions and conversation throughout.
