Florida Wine Academy dedicates Sunday afternoon sessions to sparkling wines from around the world, from Champagne and Cava to Prosecco and American sparkling wine. You taste through five to seven bottles covering different production methods, sweetness levels, and grape varieties. The class is celebratory by nature and includes a brief history of how sparkling wine became the world's most festive drink.
